We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like earrings and swimwear cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to avoid any processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop your parcel at any authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
